What you’ll need:
2 boxes of steakums
2 boxes of stuffing
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of peas
Heat oven to 350. Prepare stuffing to package directions. Set aside. Place 1 individual steakum flat on a dry surface. Scoop 1 spoonful of stuffing in the center of it. Gently roll it up. Place the rolls in a casserole dish, open end down. Repeat until all steakums are gone. If you have any leftover stuffing, spoon it around steak rolls. Next, spoon cream of mushroom soup around the rolls, overtop, so all are covered by it. Then spread peas all over the top. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Will serve 6 or my 2 teen sons…seriously.

Unbelievable! This sounds like one good meal!
I am not a red meat eater so I don’t know many recipes. My husband and daughter are however – I think they will love this.
This sounds great. We are always on a budget and appreciate low cost meals.
this sounds good – might be good with pork chops too!
Will definitely be putting this one on my grocery list – thank you!
